Founder’s Story
Maritza Castellanos founded Empresario Express after observing the challenges that Spanish-speaking individuals face when entering the U.S. workforce and business landscape. As an entrepreneur with extensive experience in both Latin America and the United States, she recognized a clear need for a practical and fast-track program designed to empower newcomers to start their own businesses or advance in their careers without requiring a degree or years of training.
Motivated by a passion for economic inclusion and education that delivers results, Maritza created Empresario Express to be bilingual, hands-on, and transformative. Participants acquire the tools needed to launch successful businesses in just three months or to confidently step into leadership roles within established companies.
